  • Payment information — Processed securely by Stripe. We store only the last four digits of your card and card type for your reference. We never see or store your full card number.
  • Usage data — Reservation history, event attendance, and equipment loans associated with your account.
  • Contact form submissions — Name, email, and message content when you use our contact form.
  • Email subscriptions — Email address and name when you subscribe to our mailing lists.

How We Use It

  • To provide and improve our services (reservations, events, equipment lending, membership).
  • To communicate with you about your account, reservations, and events.
  • To send marketing emails you’ve opted into (you can unsubscribe at any time).
  • To process payments and manage memberships.

What We Don’t Do

  • We never sell your personal information.
  • We never share your data with third parties for their marketing purposes.
